Top 10 TV Shows of All Time

As seen here

1. Heroes- Every time I watch this show I try to figure out what my ability is and how I would use it to better my life and help the world

2. Buffy the Vampire Slayer- Joss Whedon, I will never get over this show. It was amazing. The language, the literary references, the use of Ancient Mythology.

3. Angel- This show had the ability to be AMAZING. The abrupt cancellation of Angel did nothing to end my affinity for the characters. Cordy ruled and grew into a fierce combination of terror and honor.

4. CSI (The Original)- Crime shows tend to lose some of their steam, but this one never gets old. I can’t believe Sara is gone.

5. Battlestar Gallactica- Science fiction with throwbacks to religion and mythology. What more can one ask for in a TV show?

6. The Unit- “Harder, Harder!” There is something about a show that manages to intertwine the covert operations of the special unit with storylines of covert spouses when they are miles and miles apart.

7. Dead Like Me- Stupid network executives canceled this show, but it had the ability to take over the world. Mandy Patakin.

8. Criminal Minds- Dark, deep, not hokey. An amazing show with actors who capture my heart.

9. Ghost Whisperer- Jennifer Love Hewitt talks to ghost and there is some dark conspiracy lead by her father and her half-brother…it hooked me from day one.

10. Smallville-It’s Superman, but it’s not. It’s hokey, but it’s not. And Lex is HOT.

I left off shows like House, Jericho, DirtySexyMoney, Fraiser, Joan of Arcadia, and General Hospital. This was really hard. How about you?

Yay for Heroes! I wanted to watch Dead Like Me because it looked interesting, but I heard about the cancellation so I didn’t. :( Ooo thanks for mentioning Joan of Arcadia, I forgot about it, it would’ve made my list.

Have you ever watched “Boston Legal”? It’s cast of characters are a bit whacky, but the writing is absolutely marvelous. It covers topical items that are in the press and there’s always a good ending. Not recommended for children. It might take a few viewings to catch on to the quirkiness, but if you have an open mind and care for this kind of drama/comedy, it just might make it into your top ten.
I, too, am sad that Sara was written out of CSI. Might not watch this one too often - previously, I wouldn’t miss it.
Kudos to you for not listing any of those insipid ‘reality shows’.

I liked Buffy the Vampire slayer a lot but when Angel came out for some reason Angel was way better..even as a spinoff…then it got bad with all the added characters.
