Someone Stole My Daughter

and replaced her with a demon. Seriously. At 13 months, SWHS has turned into a nightmare. She no longer naps without fuss. Instead she screams like a banshee and throws a full-fledged temper tantrum before drifting into a peaceful sleep. Her determination is uncompromising. She wants what she wants and inevitably what she wants is always what she CANNOT have.  She screams, throw things, and throws her body into convulsions.

I want my sweet little girl back. I want the little girl who allowed me to change her diaper, brush her hair, feed her, put her down, hold her, etc. This Mini-me is not my daughter but rather the humorless punchline to a VERY bad joke.

I’m in for it!

You know? LB did the same thing about that age. It got better. Then worse. Then better. Then she was two and it was worse. Then better.
