Taking Back My Health
I have quite a few bad habits: smoking, eating fast food, taking the elevator, not exercising. But I have decided to take back my heath. I have decided that the first step is for me to GoVeg.
There are several reasons, but none more important than I am worried about filling my body with so many horrible toxins. Meat is not prepared in a very healthy way. Animals are killed in dirty, dirty, conditions and in the end, we all suffer.

Nice to know you’re taking back to your health.
I agree with you, eating more vegetables and fruits are important to stay healthy and fit and of course to lots of water intake. Thanks for sharing that video, very informative.
