I really love computers. I love what they have enabled us to do and what they have the potential to allow us to do in the future. I would be lost without my Power Book. I love this computer so much, but it has been beaten. I entered into the Mac world 5 years ago and vowed that I would never go back to the Blue Screen of Death. But, the problem is that Mac are so expensive. I want to buy a laptop that I can beat up and not mourn.

What laptop would you suggest?
